You can also request a list of leads in excel or pdf to be emailed to you. Email your request with specifying the type of business as well as the name of a city. Example: Dentists in Portland, Oregon
Email request to: jon.p1marketing@gmail.com
Here is a list of cities in the US and their population. I like to target cities that aren’t too large and not too small. Usually from 50,000 to 250,000 residents.

STEP 2: Business Reputation Audit Tool
STEP 3: Take payment from client + Client Discount Deals
Longevity and reassurance to the client that we’re in it for the long haul is key to building a longer term relationship with the client and tells them that we actually care about them. Your goal is for the client to see you as a valuable team member looking out for the best interest of their business. And to think of you as a Marketing Consultant (rather than a sales rep).

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQS)
1) What is my monthly Sales Target?
As an independent contractor we can not and do not set a monthly minimum, however we anticipate that you will be able to sell to 10 businesses per month with a monthly Sales Target bonus paid at 15 or more. Precision 1 Marketing reserves the right to amend these targets and will inform all Sales Reps prior to any changes. We will support you however possible to enable you to reach and surpass this monthly sales target.
2) Is there a bonus for exceeding the monthly Sales Target?
Yes! You will get a $100 bonus payment for exceeding the monthly Sales Target.
3) What are the bonuses for the Prepaid plans and is their an advantage to the business to prepay?
Bonus to you on Prepaid Services: 6-mo = $250 bonus 12-mo = $500 bonus
Advantage for business owner: 6-mo prepaid service = 1 additional month free, 12-mo prepaid service= 2 additional months free.
4) Are there quarterly or residual bonuses for the month to month service?
Yes! On the month to month service, for each quarter (3 consecutive months that the business continues the service and you sell 12 or more of the new Reputation Management Service over that same quarter, you will be eligible to receive $75 per quarter (up to $300/yr per business account) for the $297 monthly recurrence, $100/quarter for the $397 and $497 per month recurrence (up to $400/yr per business account).
5) Will there be opportunities to make additional income?
Yes! There would normally be a $200 set-up fee that we would split with you, that we have temporarily suggested to waive to help businesses out due to Covid-19. Therefore when applying the setup fee it will add $100 commission to you for each sale you make.
In addition, as you become more proficient at selling we can look at having you sell additional marketing services such as social media marketing, appointment generation, video marketing, website SEO and the very desired lead generation services.
6) I may want to sell both over the phone and in person. When over the phone should I always ask for the business owner?
Yes, the business owner or the primary decision maker authorized to sign-up to the service would be the ideal person to speak to. As businesses are beginning to resume normal operation you can at your option be able to meet face to face.
In addition, when going to your cleaners, hairdresser, nail salon, dentist, restaurant etc. before walking in you can google or yelp their business to see if they could benefit from what your Reputation Review Service…
8) Should I use my personal or a business email address?
We would prefer to make a business email for you, however legal advice has recommended we currently do not as it may inadvertently imply an employer/ employee relationship (rather than the intended contracted position).
However, once you have made a sale or two upon your specific request a second legal opinion will be sought out.
For now you have 3 options. 1) you can use your personal email. 2) you can make up a new personal email. 3) You can make a new email that ties into your business such as Ashley.P1Marketing@gmail.com.
9) When the customer already has a bad review, how do they address the problem and make the review better?
When a review is already live on Google My Business or Facebook Business Page, they cannot be deleted or removed. The best approach for bad reviews is to address them by replying to the review directly. This is easy to do via Google Reviews or Facebook Business Page where they supply a “REPLY” function under each review. Our software is aimed at flooding the reviews with positive and recent reviews and this affects the overall average ratings positively.
10) I have sent out a lot of emails but have not received a reply, any tips?
First you must realize that sending “cold” emails is completely a numbers game. You should really look at the sending out of an email as the ‘reason’ you are now calling them. You could say something like: “Hi, this is Jan calling to follow up with Xxxx (Business owner) on an email that i had sent him/her….
In addition it is wise to test different email subject line as some may get opened more than others. Here are a few examples: “Free Online Reputation Audit” “Your Online Reputation Audit” “Free Online Reputation Report” “Online Reputation Report For [Name of Business]” “Did You Get Your Online Reputation Audit?” “Attached Is Your Online Reputation Audit” (they may reply nothing attached…which opens a dialog to send it) “Is your Phone Still (XXX) XXX-XXXX ?
The above are just a few examples, even just adding “RE:” can make it seem as if you are replying to an email they had sent you…
